What to Wear

You may wish to bring clothes that you are comfortable to move in to the appointment - sports shorts or leggings are ideal.

Buggies

We can accommodate buggies easily in Surbiton and there are no stairs to navigate.

If you are bringing your baby to the Fresh Ground, Battersea clinic we ask that you avoid bringing the buggy where possible and use a sling. There are a lot of stairs to navigate and it is easier for you without a buggy. If you need to bring a buggy please do ask the baristas in the cafe or your therapist for help with the stairs, they are used to helping parents with this!

Masks

Masks are now optional in the clinic room. Please ask your therapist to wear a mask if you would feel more comfortable with this.

Medical Insurance

Please let us know if you wish to use your private medical insurance.

If so, each company differ in their payment options. You will need to discuss the process with your insurer before your appointment. You may need a GP referral, an authorisation number and to find out your excess fee.
