About
India Wilde adopts an holistic approach to Osteopathy, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of her patients’ concerns. She specialises in a variety of osteopathic techniques, including fascial work and scar tissue mobilisation. India enjoys working with a wide range of patients and is dedicated to creating tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each individual. She wants to enable her patients to regain control of their bodies and return to the activities they love.
India holds a first-class honours BSc in Sports Science and Physiology from the University of Leeds and graduated with distinction in an MSc in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy. During her time there, she worked in the Women’s Health and Expectant Mothers’ clinic, helping women prepare for birth and better understand their bodies.
She is particularly interested in women’s hormonal health and is passionate about empowering women to improve their body literacy.
Before pursuing her education in osteopathy, India worked in Cardiac Rehabilitation at a clinic on Harley Street. Here, she helped patients using exercise prescription and lifestyle advice, combining her expertise in sports science with a compassionate approach to patient care. Her background in dance further enhances her understanding of movement and the body.
She also has a Sports Massage qualification and has completed yoga teacher training. India is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
India is currently studying a post-graduate qualification in Paediatric Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy.
