Laura Tilson is a highly experienced Registered Osteopath who has been practicing in London since 2010. She is a specialist in both Women’s Health and Paediatric Osteopathy, offering a gentle and expert approach to patients of all ages.
Meet Laura:
- Hospital-Trained Osteopath: Laura has unique experience working in neonatal intensive care wards across three London hospitals, providing specialised support for the youngest and most delicate patients.
- Expert in Paediatric Osteopathy: After earning her Master’s degree, Laura completed two years of advanced training at the Osteopathic Centre for Children, focusing on Paediatric Osteopathy (care for babies and children).
- Women’s Health Focus: Laura has completed a two-year diploma in Women’s Health Osteopathy, treating a wide range of gynaecological concerns and supporting women before and after birth with rehabilitation.
- Versatile Treatment Style: Laura uses a mix of Cranial Osteopathy (a very light, balancing touch) and structural techniques (working with muscles and joints with more direct pressure or movements) to help the body heal.
- Dissertation recognition: Laura's Master's dissertation in the field was recognized by her university with one of the highest grades and she was asked to present her findings at a conference.
- Special Interests: Her special interests have see her follow further study into Dentofacial Growth and Function and Airway Health. She regularly supports children and adults using interceptive orthodentics and works with a multi-disciplinary team of airway specialist professionals.
- Clinic Founder: She set up her clinic in 2010 to offer mums the support that she felt she needed as a mum of 4 children. The clinic has been nominated for awards including Large Practice of the Year at the 2026 Institute of Osteopathy Awards and she has been nominated as Health Practitioner of the Year by The Mama Academy 2026 (an award nominated by midwives).
