• Hypermobility Specialist: Having lived with hypermobility (extra-flexible joints) Tefeshet is a member of the Hypermobility Syndromes Association and has expert knowledge in supporting patients with connective tissue concerns.

• Active Recovery: Tefeshet holds extra qualifications in Sports Massage and Kinesiology Taping (using flexible tape to support muscles), which she uses to help office workers and athletes recover from injury.

• Tailored Treatments: Every session is designed specifically for the individual, combining "hands-on" treatment with practical advice on exercises and lifestyle habits.
