Tefeshet is a graduate of the BSO and gained valuable experience working within the BSO’s onsite clinic, and many external and community clinics. She has also obtained a qualification of sports massage and kinesiology taping and uses this at times in conjunction with Osteopathic techniques in her treatments.
She is experienced in treating a wide range of patients from sports people, office workers and elderly. Every session is tailored to each patient and encompasses both hands on treatment as well as advice on life style activities and exercises.
She also has a special interest in the treatment of pregnant and post-partum women. Pregnancy and childbirth can put a huge amount of stress on the body due to changes in shape and weight bearing through the spine. She aims to provide a comfortable and effective treatment to relieve aches and pains and address any demands placed on the body during this exciting time of pregnancy.
Tefeshet has a passionate approach to Osteopathy having experienced the benefits herself when she was diagnosed with hypermobility syndrome. She believes that it has a strong foundation in helping patients enhance their lifestyle in order to maintain active health.
